How to Install Divi Icon Library

Requirements

Divi 5 only. Divi 4 is not supported — there are no plans to add Divi 4 compatibility.

Step 1: Download the Plugin

After purchasing Divi Icon Library from the Elegant Themes Marketplace, download the plugin ZIP file:

• Click Download Product on the confirmation page, or
• Log in to your Elegant Themes account and download from your purchases

Step 2: Upload and Activate

1. In WordPress, go to Plugins → Add New
2. Click Upload Plugin
3. Choose the ZIP file you downloaded
4. Click Install Now
5. After installation completes, click Activate Plugin

Step 3: Verify Your API Key

Divi Icon Library validates your purchase using your Elegant Themes API key. This key must be entered in Divi's theme options.

1. Go to Divi → Theme Options
2. Select the Updates tab
3. Enter your API key and username
4. Click Save Changes

Your API key is available in the Elegant Themes Members Area. Use the same account where you purchased Divi Icon Library.

Step 4: Confirm Divi 5 is Active

Divi Icon Library requires Divi 5. Divi 4 is not supported and there are no plans to add compatibility.

If you see an admin notice about Divi 5 not being detected:

1. Go to Appearance → Themes
2. Confirm Divi is installed and active
3. Check for updates at Dashboard → Updates

Divi 5 is included in all Divi theme updates from 2025 onward. If you are running Divi 4, you must update to Divi 5.

Verification

After activation, you should see a green success notice:

Success: Your Divi Icon Library purchase is verified. Good luck with your project!

This notice can be dismissed. The plugin is ready to use.
