Why is this happening

This is likely a browser caching issue. Even if you are signed in, your browser may still show you an old version of the page. The button will show "sign-up" instead of "download".

Solution

Please try hard refreshing the page (ctrl+f5) on Windows, and (cmd+shift+R) on Mac. If that doesn't work, try to log in via a private or incognito mode browser window, or try using another browser. Then go to the same page. now you should see the button.
