"Site cannot be reached" error

Here are some things you can do to troubleshoot the issue:​

  • Could it be that your internet connection is giving a temporary problem? Mobile internet, Fixed line internet, etc?

  • Have you tried clearing your browser cache? Or tried logging in via a private browser window? Tried in a different browser?

  • Do you have a firewall or antivirus software that may be blocking the site?

  • Have you tried connecting to the site from a different device?

If none of the above options work, please send us screenshot the exact error message. The "Site can't be reached" message often gives additional information which can give a clue where the problem lies.
